Nabil is the founder and Chairman of Spectrum Engineering, a prominent construction firm in Egypt. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cairo University and a diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from Cambridge, he boasts over 40 years of diverse experience in international infrastructure, construction, real estate, and commercial projects across multiple countries, including Egypt, Syria, Tunisia, Algeria, Iraq, Pakistan, and Canada.

His career commenced in 1985 as a Quality Control Engineer at Osman Group, where he contributed to the Greater Cairo wastewater project. In 1988, he joined Orascom as a Project Manager for the Baharia Line Railway project, further developing his project management expertise. By 1991, he had ascended to General Manager at ORAS in Syria, overseeing significant construction and engineering activities.

In 1994, he founded Contra, a Real Estate Development & Construction Company. Under his leadership, Contra successfully managed various high-profile construction projects and developed innovative marketing strategies for major malls and entertainment centers. In 2001, he pivoted the company towards specialized GSM infrastructure, leading to its acquisition by Orascom Telecom in 2005.

His entrepreneurial spirit continued with the establishment of Pyramid Hills Company alongside Naguib Sawiris. This venture set new benchmarks in the real estate sector with exceptional residential offerings overlooking the Pyramids of Giza. In 2008, he co-founded Spectrum Engineering with Eng. Magdy S. Deen, allowing him to focus on strategic development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

After divesting from Pyramid Hills in 2020, he returned his focus to Spectrum Engineering.
