National Housing Co. Builds 11 Major Residential Projects in Riyadh’s Khuzam Area

Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) unveiled 11 housing projects in Riyadh’s Khuzam area, providing more than 10,000 housing units as the Kingdom’s quest for quality living spaces continues to soar. This announcement reflected ongoing NHC efforts to diversify and level the playing field of various housing choices needed to satisfy Saudi families, as per Vision 2030 targets.

The new developments that were launched included luxury villas and modern apartments, which catered to a large range of housing size and style. Key projects include the Khuzam Park Residence, offering units of up to 379 square meters, and Tala Khuzam, which provides options ranging from 219 to 430 square meters. The Eyal Khuzam project focuses on high-end living, with units reaching up to 796 square meters, while the Jawharat Khuzam 1 offers expansive units of up to 929 square meters. The Nafah project features units up to 600 square meters, catering to larger family needs.

In addition, NHC introduced several projects within the Regan compound, which was unveiled during the Cityscape exhibition earlier this month. These include the Rasin Rejan Hills and Ewan Rejan developments, both offering residential units up to 435 square meters. These projects are designed with a focus on privacy, 24/7 security, and high-end amenities, positioning them as ideal living spaces within Khuzam.

Other notable developments include the Azyan Khuzam project, with units ranging from 200 to 471 square meters, and the Jadaya project, featuring units up to 538 square meters. The Ewan Khuzam project offers spacious villas, with sizes reaching up to 594 square meters.

NHC emphasizes its commitment to delivering high-quality housing solutions, incorporating thoughtful design and integrated infrastructure. These projects will have critical amenities like schools, healthcare facilities, sports and cultural spaces, commercial areas, and large green spaces to improve the quality of life for the residents.

In this direction, the company’s endeavors form part of Saudi Arabia‘s broader plan to raise homeownership among Saudi families to 70% by 2030. At the Cityscape exhibition, NHC also signed more than 38 agreements, valued at over SR5 billion ($1.33 billion), focused on logistics, securing materials, and localizing industries within the housing sector.
